The Nobel Prize. Roman Megsaysay Award. The whole world looks for these. So we Indian also. But we as Indian should now stop to consider that such award foundations are really honoring our country, or they are rewarding the real peacemakers in world's perspective. They just beget such puppets to prevail the diverse opinions that directly threatens India's Sovereignty.

On Kashmir issue, Malala Yousafzai gave a view; she quoted, “The Kashmiri people, like people everywhere, deserve their fundamental human rights… They should live free of fear and repression”. Further, she uttered, “Dozens of unarmed protesters have been killed and thousands wounded”.

Now being a Pakistani she should have more concerned about the horrifying human rights abuse that is underway upon the people of her own motherland, who are being oppressed since the formation of Pakistan.

The areas mainly from West-Southern & Northern parts of Pakistan referred as Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan of PoK were forcefully acceded to Pakistan, and so their civilians were oppressed and exploited. Tactfully ignorance to these areas by Pak Govt made them least developed and deprived states, which finally landed into the demand for the greater autonomy and independent states.

Furthermore, Pakistan deliberately kept Balochistan to remain weak, and by this to extort its precious natural resources which this area possess. The human right abuses by Pakistan army forces and militants in this regions have been going unreported for several years. Under the campaign of “kill and dump”, forces like ISI and its frontier Pakistan Army are accused of illegally detaining, raping and killing of more than 20 thousand men, women, and children from Balochistan. In recent years, terrorist assaults against particular local Baloch Shia community rises, which finally resulted in the reduction of them to the minority stature.

But surprisingly Malala couldn’t find it important to raise such extreme unrest condition happened in a particular region of her own country, where Boko Haram like Tanzeem-ul-Islami-ul-Furqan of Balochistan, who believe female education as haram and threatens them, are forcibly shutting down schools who offers education to the girls.

Similarly, an almost identical condition is there in PoK region in which since the 1970s when Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto abrogated the State Subject Rule, anti-Shia forces started dominating in the area, which landed to altering ethnic composition due to Shias population went down by Shia-Sunni and Shia-Nurbakshi riots. On Gen Zia’s consent, tribal Lashkars abducted women and massacred many Shias.

But unfortunately, Malala, so called advocate for human rights and the education of women, is remained ignorant and doesn’t mention such atrocities which are being indirectly pursued by her nation’s Govt itself.

If she believes that Pakistan is safer than the situation which is there in Kashmir, then why has she left Pakistan and took asylum in Britain so far.
In addition to this, having bagged the highest Prizes like Nobel may give media attention whatever the opinion prize holder put, irrespective of the subject knowledge. But it doesn’t give the guarantee of their wisdom for commenting on the every topic. Previously, in the similar fashion of overreactive and hypocritical approach was witnessed by the league of Nobel Laureates and Magsaysay winners like Amartya Sen, Arvind Kejriwal, etc. These award holders started having an egotistical attitude and initiated expressing their views on the national issues mostly beyond their knowledge boundaries and attempted to be superlative by speaking in a manner to shatter country's position on its sovereignty issues.

In the case of Malala, it seems that either she is the hypocrite or she doesn’t possess the required understanding of the subject. The reasons could be anything but, all in all, she doesn’t have the authority to criticize the India for the reasons that she claimed is a position adopted by her country's foreign policy maker. If she believes that Pakistan is safer than the situation which is there in Kashmir, then why has she left Pakistan and took asylum in Britain so far.

While saying that “I stand with the people of Kashmir, My 14 million Kashmiri sisters and brothers have always been close to my heart.” Such an affinity is much needed for fellow brothers and sisters of her own country who are really deprived of dignity, respect, and freedom, for which she seems advocating.
