Hilarious and unusual to strike in someone's mind but this is a reality. These above are few queries which have asked in RTI applications, recently filed with Gujarat government. Government officers are facing the issue of frequent receiving the requests asking such questions under RTI act. The interesting thing is that most of these applications are from below poverty line (BPL) applicants for which he/she has not to pay the filing fees as per the rule. Govt staff are receiving 10 RTI on an average per day. So this has become a kind of harassment to the staff who is compelled to give valuable time in searching and compiling the desired information when the govt is passing through manpower shortage.
